What do the President of Iran and a 666 cult have in common?
Earlier this year CNN announced that a cult that began in the 1980s, well known for tattoing themselves with the number '666' now claims that appearances and miracles by the AntiChrist will be made soon. Jose De Jesus Miranda, the pastor with 666 tattoo claims that he himself is divine, says he learned he was Jesus reincarnate when he was visited in a dream by angels. CNN: Pastor with 666 tattoo says he is Jesus reincarnate. Here's why you should be worried: WorldNetDaily reports that the President of Iran is saying something VERY SIMILIAR to the 666 cult, however that it's the '12th Imam Holy to Islam' that will be making appearances, and according to Iranian radio, has even offered dates that it will appear. WND: Iran prepares people for 'messiah miracles' He has the entire country of Iran in such a buzz that he's even set up a toll free hot line that Iranians can call for information on the 'Mahdi'. Newsflash from America and Europe: In New Age circles, there is heated buzz of figures from the 'other side' also making an appearance... And in UFO circles, with probably hundreds of millions of believers around the world, talk is also the same. So what do all these groups have in common? They claim to be in touch with gods (Iran), aliens (UFO followers), and / or beings (666 cult) that are promising to reveal themselves to the world shortly. Read that again. Here's a SERIOUS wake up call for all you non-Christians – it just so happens that the most DANGEROUS man in the world today, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who the U.S. is currently in a nuclear standoff with and who is believed to be behind 80% of the world's terrorist attacks, claims to be in contact with the Muslim messiah, the hidden 12th Imam. He's been telling his country that the 12th Imam is coming and to get ready for 'messiah miracles' and the destruction of the West. He even claims that Jesus Christ is coming with the 12th Imam, but that Jesus is his 'lieutenant'. Can you say 'AntiChrist'? How many clues does the world need to realize that events from the book of Revelation are unfolding fast. The fact that we can actually *see this happening* means that the events prophecied to occur in the Bible (which I keep saying begins with a nuclear attack and fall of the United States) are beginning to take place? UFO followers, according to this link, http://members.tripod.com/~srbuckley/answer1.htm are actually being told that the extra-terrestrials will be 'returning to earth soon', and somehow many of them are equating this to the Second Coming of Christ prophecied in the Bible, speculating that Jesus Christ may himself even fly a UFO. Let me clarify - Jesus does not fly UFOs. Now, why won't these beings just appear to everyone now? Because according to the Bible, the Holy Spirit and the Christian Church is still on planet earth. When the 'restrainer' is removed from earth (2 Thessalonians 2-7), then Satan will be allowed to show an unlimited number of false signs and wonders, and God will pass a delusion on the people so they believe what they see. As the Bible appears to state it, Satan is believed to be behind the entire UFO and alien abduction phenomena, as he's most likely found it a great way to get people to not believe in the Bible. After God's church is taken from the earth (commonly called 'raptured'), God gives Satan free reign, and Satan (the father of lies) performs all manner of deception. Now, the 666 cult on CNN, the President of Iran's '12th Imam Holy to Islam', the New Age and UFO followers (we're talking hundreds of millions of people who believe in these things), are going to be deceived – they are going to believe the false signs that the Bible says Satan is going to work. 2 Thessalonians 2:7 - "For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; but the one now restraining [the Holy Spirit] will do so until he is out of the way, and then the lawless one will be revealed... The coming of the lawless one is based on Satan's working, with all kinds of false miracles, signs, and wonders, and with every unrighteous deception among those who are perishing. The perish because they did not accept the love of the truth in order to be saved. For this reason God sends them a strong delusion so that they will believe what is false, so that all will be condemned – those who did not believe the truth but enjoyed unrighteousness." According to this passage, the mystery of lawlessness is already at work. Is that the Bible giving reference to the UFO phenomena?
Now, fundamentalist Christians believe that the one 'restraining' (in the passage above) is the Holy Spirit, and when the church is finally taken from the earth (the rapture), then the AntiChrist will suddenly reveal himself. The Holy Spirit indwells faithful believers, which the Bible says cannot be seperated from believers. So, if the Holy Spirit is removed from earth, as seems to be indicated in 2 Thess. 2:7, the church will be removed also (which makes a great arguement against those who do not believe in the Christian rapture).
